> **Pros**: It is very easy to use, it integrates with Quickbooks, it allows us to process credit cards and close out our days activities quickly, great forecasting tool and integrates with our website.

> **Cons**: Im not fond of their cusotmer service support there is a lag in response usually a day so things that are critical could be costly but luckily the software is very stable and robust

> Ive had a great experience in being able to automate many of the functions and processes with our business.  its very inexpensive and allows you to manage your client relationships via app form accounting, communication, scheduling, etc...

> **Pros**: The only thing useful was keeping track of my customers information. The cost seemed reasonable but, in the long run, not worth it.

> **Cons**: Not user friendly. My employees were not able to log their hours like I thought they would. Easier to use on a computer but I wanted to have the same access on my mobile device.

> Absolutley terrible. I could not find a way to cancel my account. I emailed in February 2025. The responded saying someone would conact me but, never heard back. I filed a dispute for March and Aprils charges through my credit card. They charged me again in May. I spoke to someone on the phone at Customer Factor who said someone would contact me and I still have no heard back. Finally had to cancel my card to stop the charges.
