Be aware, they not only charge but also take a larger cut from the credit card company , labs , radiology to connect the software so those guys charge you more. > > absolutely awful, they take 6 weeks to give you your data after charging 950 and give it to you such that you have to be an expert to download it . Right now they want to charge all my 9 providers while we are waiting for medical records even though there is no contract obligations, they will try to nickel and dime everything... very traumatic experience being with them.
