For a period of time if you rotated your phone to adjust the aspect it would delete everything you had typed in the job sheet. the system now rarely tracks the work phone correctly, often glitches in the middle of typing a job sheet and you loose the data, it was massively miss sold to my firm by being told it could do more than it can, reports don't work correctly and are complex to create, it doesn't integrate into Sage accounts at all but we had been told it would. you cannot run reports based on needing return visits on jobs meaning someone has to go through each job sheet individually on a daily basis to double check what jobs are required. > > Genuinely a waste of money but we are locked in with them as the money that was spent to integrate their software into my company was around £6000+ and getting your data back from them is nearly impossible as it is converted to work with their systems. ----- ### "The most complete service management system ever" — 5.0/5 > **Daniel** | *11 October 2013* > > Our experience with FieldAware has been excellent.
