Docusign Reviews for Indian Users

Good digital document signing tool
Comments: My team enjoyed using docusign for it's ability to digitally sign documents across team, it can be sometimes slow to get to other users, I recommend
Pros:
Very easy document signing features to team members without having to print and scan
Cons:
I think it's expensive for the available feature, I feel document signing should not cost that much
Docusign is expertly designed to blend convenience and functionality with uniqueness and beauty of approving documents digitally
Comments: This electronic signature technology has become an integral part of my daily operations whether we are approving large or small quantities of documents. Docusign is especially an incredible time saver, as a managing [sensitive content hidden], timing is critical in all the strategies that we put forward and Docusign facilitates smooth and paperwork approval and submission. Even our non technical clients are able to use this platform because it is far to simple. Additionally it keeps a clear record of all our paperwork without any manual efforts of printing, signing, filing. I'm the last financial year statement, I realised that we had a revenue boost of upto 47% which was a result of reaching out clients digitally and cutting on printing papers and ink toners.
Pros:
We settled with Docusign because of its many top advantages. It is incredibly easy to use and navigate it's intuitive design even for our least technical team members and clients and this makes digital approval of large volumes of pages a breeze. This technology is affordable and even better it cut the cost of it printing, scanning and manually signing. Additionally, Docusign is the sheriff of convenience and it allows us to send documents via emails and drive for approval which are accessible through office desktops or mobile phone which speed up the rate of ratifying contracts and business strategies. While sending documents, Docusign allow us to specify the order in which the other party should sign. It allows us to clearly indicate where people should put their signatures, initials, or date. To ensure nothing slips off the crack, Docusign enable us to set automatic reminders to keep us updated and notify us when we need to sign a document. It also gives visibility of the status of documents signing process. I really appreciate that, Docusign really value security. Authentication and encryption of documents make them tamper proof and ensure that just the right people access them. This enable us to comfortably use sensitive business documents on Docusign and it has really hastened administrative tasks
Cons:
We have not had any drawbacks with Docusign. We were able to seamlessly configure and adapt Docusign in our workspace, designate all parties that need to approve documents without any troubles. The tons of benefits we reap from Docusign outweighs any hitch and I therefore recommend it to other businesses to experience it and understand what makes Docusign really special.
Buyer Beware - Will Pay Per Envelope - They Add Up Fast!
Comments: Tool is fine; Account Management and Executive Decision to charge per envelope stinks.
Pros:
I actually really like the tool itself. I've used it for many years. I like the notifications when someone has viewed the document and it remembers information about the signer so you don't have to re-type your name in when you sign it like with PandaDoc.
Cons:
They have started ripping off users by charging per envelope. After being a user for many years with no measurement of how many envelopes are used, they decided they don't want you getting to use their software unless you pay for every single time you send an envelope. Considering I'm in Sales and sometimes you send envelopes that are not ready to be received and you are hoping the convenience will prompt closing a deal, this creates a waste of my service usage. I don't know who advised them to do this but what a cheap way to make a buck. What if NetSuite started charging you for every invoice you wrote? Sheesh. The software isn't being used like 10,000's envelopes. But now you have to pay for every 100 envelopes. If I could find a tool that worked like DocuSign I would gladly change but I haven't found one. And I only use the basics. Adobe should easily be able to edge out DocuSign but it is ugly and not easy to use. PandaDoc is what we now use for internal document signing so we don't push our DocuSign envelopes too high. But it is a weird name, what CFO trusts some email coming to them to sign a contract from PandaDoc?? DocuSign should go back to their roots; maybe raise your annual fee but don't charge per envelope! That's like charging for every 100 emails! What a ripoff.
E-signature Document Collector Docusign - from an HR perspective
Comments: Satisfaction, it does the job as it is supposed to, but can add some features to enhance user experience
Pros:
Documents are highly secured and it's simple to use
Cons:
Some features, such as the ability to upload files, are missing. Additionally, the number field behaves oddly, as it always requires a value ending in .00, even though clients often need to input simple whole numbers
E-signatures straight and to the point
Comments: My overall experience with DocuSign was great. It's the first e-signature tool that I've used. It was extremely easy to get started without any knowledge, it was easy to implement in my workflow. They are not tons of bells and whistles with unnecessary tools.
Pros:
What I like most about DocuSign is the ease of use to virtually have documents signed.
Cons:
What I like about DocuSign was figuring out how to get document signed through text.

Docusign - for streamling contract signing.
Comments: It’s not overloaded with features I don’t need, which I appreciate, and it gets the job done efficiently. Overall, it’s a good option for streamlining contract signing.
Pros:
We use Docusign to send PDF Terms of Business to clients for signing. Works really well and is a straightforward process. The client can read and then digitally sign the documents. We then both receive a copy of the signed terms. You don't need to be tech-savvy to use Docusign.
Cons:
It has been difficult to get through to customer support a couple of times, but I think that may have been a one off busy period.

Docusign Review
Comments: I like Docusign, but so does everyone! Easy to use, exactly what you would expect.
Pros:
This product is the industry standard and well accepted by other users.
Cons:
They seem to almost have the monopoly on digital signature Management.
Docusign poor customer support
Comments: Poor, poor, useless costumer support. Wouldn't recommend to anyone
Pros:
Nothing. Took my money on a free trail and now it seems that I can't get it back
Cons:
Poor customer support. AI customer support is useless, can't talk to a real person at all
Easy to Sign app.
Comments: Overall it's great app to easily sign documents.
Pros:
It's very easy and take me to the place where to sign instead of reading the whole document.
Cons:
It make me easy to skip reading before signing. Some sort of adding "sign only after read" should be there to avoid any future issues.

the cost is quite a bit higher than other options

Dock Docusign
Comments: It wasn’t bad wasn’t good - I used it to create docs needing signed and needing to be legally processed through email ect
Pros:

DocuSign Review
Pros:
What I liked most about DocuSign was its seamless ability to streamline the document signing process. The intuitive interface made it easy to upload, send, and sign documents from anywhere, significantly reducing the time and hassle associated with traditional paper-based methods. Additionally, its robust security features and compliance with legal standards provided peace of mind, ensuring that all transactions were safe and legally binding. The integration with various business tools and platforms further enhanced productivity, making DocuSign an invaluable asset in managing workflow efficiently.
Cons:
What I liked least about DocuSign was the occasional complexity of its pricing structure. For small businesses or individual users, the costs could sometimes seem high, especially when only a few documents needed to be signed each month. Additionally, while the platform is generally user-friendly, certain advanced features could be difficult to navigate without proper training or support. The integration with some third-party applications occasionally presented challenges, requiring additional steps to ensure smooth operation. Despite these minor drawbacks, the overall benefits of DocuSign still outweighed the inconveniences.
Making Life So Much Better
Comments: Im very happy with Docusign and I would recommend all people to start using it to make their lives so much easier. It helped me a lot with my business and I know that for other people, it helped them a lot too.

Docusign - docs on the go
Comments: Docusign is a great app to mange and sign the documents. Is easy to use with a nice and intuitive design, easy customizable and secure.

The most I liked on is that i do not need papers, printers and scanner anymore. Signing contracts (from my side at least) became very easy and fast. All the clients and partners were pleased when when they do not have to deal with paper documents. Another important feature is the mobile access, all features are available on mobile and this is very important for people on the road.
Cons:
Not the cheapest on the market, but everything work very good.
Work Smarter not Harder
Comments: Our company used this product for 3 years with no issues. I'm happy how user friendly DocuSign is. Cons:
I cannot think of anything that wasn't resolved when there was an issue.

Amazing Platform for Contracts
Comments: Overall DocuSign has made our lives easier, more secure and convenient. Docusign is beneficial for all parties involved
Pros:
I like that you can drag & drop easily, everything about the process is simple. You can send contracts directly to emails in a few simple steps, Incredibly convenient for both the client and acct manager. I used to send via email and now the signing process is so much faster, and also makes them feel more secure.
Cons:
I don't really feel there are many cons to docusign. I don't yet know how to implement a signature that can be on my end before sending, but can't say it's not an option... and complain about it because I may just not know how!
The number one system for document signature
Comments: I can state that from the point of the approval workflow and paper management Docusign is a game changer and it is one of products that can really (coupled also with powerautomate and other Microsoft system) do the digitalization process that lot of CIO are dealing with today
Pros:
I like the overall system and the possibility offered by the workflow to design and adapt your models to the organization you work for. The possibility offered by rest api allow to connect external system with docusign for any signature. We use it for hiring new employee as well as for internal SOP signature
Cons:
the fact that the CRf21/11 which is mandatory in pharma field need a separated contract so I have to sign two different contract while it would be great to have a contract that rules everything

Easiest method for e-signing
Pros:
As a client using DocuSign for many agreements, it's always easy to 1) choose to pen my own signature or choose an electronically generated signature, 2) choosing font style for initials, & 3) to navigate from one signature/initials line to the next line.
Cons:
I haven't had any particular issues with DocuSign as a user, not administrator.
Streamlining Electronic Signatures
Comments: Solves my needs I've a positive experience with DocuSign basically its ease of use and efficiency in managing electronic signatures. However, the only concern is regarding pricing
Pros:
We primarily use it to send out investor agreements electronically, which has expedited the signing process. We also buy a lot of new tools for our daily OPS so before onboarding a vendor our team use it to send documents to multiple stakeholders for signature, ensuring that we can onboard new vendors quickly.
Cons:
Feature wise none, but as a startup we find the pricing structure a little over budget.
