Good but needs updating
Pros:
Rostering staff looked aesthetically good and easy to follow. Building rosters was quite simple
Cons:
Very slow to load. Often crashed and consumed the computer when it did
Bad customer service.
Comments: Customer service is abysmal, cannot get through to anyone in a timely manner. Do not reply to tickets in a timely manner. Difficult to deal with. Software is decent, it's just the customer service experience that really lets this software down.
Pros:
Software does a good job, does everything that you need it to do.
Cons:
Customer service is absolutely abysmal. Hard to get hold of a human for support, tickets can be left open for months on end. Lack of followup at times.

Cons:
Really outdated system, overcomplicated, totally not user friendly, long waiting to get staff into the system, staff that was on the system kept disappearing from it even if worked ongoing
Chaotic software with bad customer service
Comments: It started off promising but over the last 3+ years has just declined considerably.
Pros:
There's not many products on the market that can be tailored to our business model and be priced accordingly. Humanforce ticked most boxes that we required and was the best fit for us at the time of implementation.
Cons:
It's complex software so takes a lot of training and time to learn. It's also consistently updated (which is good) however there are features continually being added or changed and therefore you are never fully using the software to it's maximum capacity. Their support team can sometimes be great but most of the time terrible. Sometimes it takes months to get a response or they give you a reply that doesn't answer the question so they can just close the ticket without actually trying to help.
