> **Pros**: Tech support is on it with chat support being the best way to contact the support team.  Price is relatively cheaper than the competition.

> **Cons**: The interface is not at all thought out after the update with a confusing layout that combines icons and labels scattered randomly around your screen.  Simple commands are no longer simple requiring multiple clicks and hunting down hidden menus.  The worse part is the system does not store DL numbers, DOB or addresses which is embarrassing as we now have to ask for this essential information when we shop for a different policy.

> **Pros**: I like the most recent upgrade. I like the super user friendly aspect. Everything you need is there.

> **Cons**: You can't save an editable Acord form to a client. For instance, we have several clients that need certificates of insurance for many of their clients. I have to fill each one out every time. Time consuming. Could definitely use draft feature where we can just change the certificate holder and print.

> Gets the job done. We've had it since AccuAuto and I definitely think it has progressed over the years. We use it all day every day because it is our management system. We use a back up client list just in case, but have not ever worried about losing AccuAgency data.
