- **Pricing Details**: Billing is per active employee per month. An active employee is one with an active employment in the billing month; former employees and archived files are not charged. User accounts are not charged separately, however many people work in the application.
Minimum billed headcount is 15. Companies with fewer than 15 employees pay as if for 15, so the Start package is at least €15 per month.
Volume discount: on the Team and Enterprise packages, from the 51st employee the per-employee price is 30% lower. On Start, from the 501st employee.
Pay a year up front and you pay for 10 months instead of 12. You can change your package at any time, with pro-rated billing.
Instead of a package you can build your own: a required base at €1.00 covering employee files, documents, reminders and the archive, plus working time and mobile app €1.50, time off €0.70, equipment €0.40, commercial contracts and partners €0.60, tasks €0.60, evaluations and surveys €0.70.
