Comments: Verizon Connect is great because it really offers sensible solutions as well as ones that matter most such as real time tracking and safety enhancements.
Pros:
The fleet monitoring was excellent and combined with its other features such as environmental protocols, and asset tracking.
Cons:
I felt that the Workplan software had issues but they usually were resolved fairly quickly. It could be a hinderance for some.

Do Your Homework Before Signing
Comments: The product itself wasn't too bad, but dealing with the support team was a nightmare most times. Our "dedicated" account manager, wasn't so dedicated to our account. I had to go back and forth with issues with them over the course of 5 months.
Pros:
The layout of the Portal is the most user friendly portal I've ever used. Everything is so accessible and organized.
Cons:
Customer Service. When something goes wrong, they take an eternity to respond, and sometimes, they will close your trouble ticket before they remedy the situation.

Comments: We use it to manage our fleets. It has helped us know where employees and equipment are and how long they spend at each job site.
