> **Pros**: LayoutIQ is one of the more basic modeling programs I have used but this is its strength, simplicity. It is very easy to learn and create meaningful models after only a short time.
> 
> **Cons**: LayoutIQ is on the simpler side of simulation modeling programs, in my opinion, so it does not have as robust features as some of the competition.
