> **Pros**: The thing I most appreciate about CORE is that it is constantly growing and adapting and updating to create a better user experience. I've been with my job for just about a year now and have quickly become the expert in my office because I make sure to read the updates and poke around and try to make the most of the tools CORE offers. CORE, we often say, is an important tool in making our jobs in experiential education easier.

> **Cons**: There are many great features about CORE -- however it is not always intuitive on how to find them. I find myself often reaching out to our Success Reps asking how to find a certain functionality. I am greatful for our support because they're always able to steer me in the right direction, but ease of use is often the first complaint I hear from training new students and users.

> **Pros**: I love how easy it is to see if the student completed all of their assignments, if they met the requirements, and if the preceptor approved their submissions. In addition, it is very easy to add in specialized rubrics, instructions, and templates so that the expectations are clear for the students and preceptors. Lastly, this program helps maintain our accreditation standards by allowing curricular mapping.

> **Cons**: Sometimes it is difficult for our preceptors to figure out where and how to grade student assignments. However, after completing a guidance document for the preceptors, this issue has been less commonly encountered\!

> I absolutely love CompMS\! It is very easy to use for our institution. It makes reviewing and grading assignments simple and quick. In addition, it is essential for reporting to our accreditating body. We are able to easily use curricular mapping and pull reports regarding that information.
