In some cases we've had great success in getting assistance quickly but in others where inquiries were more complex the resolution time was delayed. > > We use emtrain to distribute mandatory training to our employee base. It was a pricier way vs the alternatives we ultimately ended up using. They send content through a SCORM file and you can upload into your LMS. They will be an annual SCORM API Fee to maintain the use of those courses... > > We used Emtrain for a few required courses for our employees. They’ve upgraded their content library significantly, and higher number of minimum seats (200) but we don’t need that and never really did.
