> **Pros**: LiveSupporti is the "chat" widget we use on our website. It is very okay. It does what it sets out to do with not many bells and whistles. This is perfect if you are looking for something simple and FREE to get the job done. It works perfectly fine for us at this time.

> **Cons**: There are not many options of what you can do with the chat box in terms of design and systematizing. This may be a con if you are looking for a very complex and smart chat wizard.

> In this day and age it is vital to provide live support to potential customers and clients and this was an easy fix for our business as we did not need anything too complicated or complex.
