The program performs as we expected it to. That's straight forward and can be seen through the demo. There's no buying a pig in a poke. So no surprises there. But one does take a leap of faith with respect to customer service after the sale and I can share that we have never been disappointed with D1's customer service. This allowed me to learn more aspects of the program and how they used the program and tips and tricks that help me better understand the system. Phone calls are best solutions, email requests often go into a black hole. Solutions discussed with one customer service rep often cannot be completed with that rep because you get the next available rep and you have to begin the process over, instead of picking up where you left off w/ prior rep.
