This is especially helpful when we’re out in the field or underwater and can’t respond right away.&#10;&#10;The AI receptionist is another major benefit. Since we’re often unavailable to answer calls during dives, it ensures we never miss potential customers. It captures inquiries and helps us follow up quickly, which has improved our responsiveness and professionalism.&#10;&#10;We also appreciate how easy it is for customers to upload photos. This allows us to assess jobs ahead of time, provide more accurate quotes, and reduce unnecessary back-and-forth. It also helps us document before-and-after results, which builds trust with our clients.&#10;&#10;Overall, Jobber helps us stay organized with scheduling, job tracking, and customer management. It saves time, reduces manual work, and allows us to focus more on delivering quality dive services instead of handling administrative tasks.

> **Cons**: No option to set default due dates per customer. Like you have in accounting systems like Xero.&#10;The booking function is very limited. It needs to be more granular so that I can assign areas and certain services to certain team members.&#10;The development team is very close-minded. Allowing the option to update invoices via API so that accounting systems like Xero can update an invoice once it is marked as paid in Xero.&#10;No option to accept payments in NZD, and the AI Reception is not available in NZ.

> **Cons**: There is too many differences between the desktop version and the app. Maybe its because I'm still new, but the app still feels clunky. Its not as easy to navigate as the site and the site is too difficult to navigate on your phones browser. Also there are things only available on the site. I think the app can use work. Especially with ease of use.

> Over all its been pretty good. Still getting use to it, but I feel once I learn the ins and outs I will be able to really take advantage of it to manage the business and grow.
