Their customer support has also been excellent anytime we’ve had a question or needed clarification. Jobber delivers solid functionality and reliability. That said, I do feel the pricing could be a bit more competitive for what’s included. It’s a good system, but as a growing service company you always weigh cost versus features carefully. Customer Support: This is one of Jobber’s strongest areas. Support has been responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. When you’re running a service business, that kind of backup matters. Ease of Use: Very user-friendly. Our team picked it up quickly, and it doesn’t require a lot of hand-holding to get started. The layout is clean and practical. Invoicing: Invoicing works well and keeps things professional. We appreciate how simple it is to convert quotes to invoices and track payments. Scheduling: Scheduling is clear and efficient. It helps keep our technicians organized and reduces back-and-forth between the office and the field. Banking and Transactions: Payment processing is straightforward, and the system makes it easy for customers to pay electronically. Bugs and Issues: We haven’t experienced any major bugs. Like any software, there are small limitations, but nothing that has disrupted operations. Overall, Jobber has been a dependable platform for our company.
