The weekly schedule viewer simply cannot be compared to other platforms. Also, since Acuity was acquired recently, it makes you re-log into your account like every half hour and it is VERY annoying. The only real issue that we ran into is the inability for an Admin to manage the actual configurations for the end-users. Acuity requires that the end user participate in the connection between Outlook and Acuity. It's not a horribly difficult process, but would have been much more streamline had the Acuity Admin been able to execute the entire process on his own. > > Acuity filled the scheduling gap where we needed it.
