> **Pros**: It is a great new EHR that fits most of the needs of our office. One of the best thing about it is that is is always being updated with new features and they actually listen to our feature requests.

> **Cons**: The billing team is sometimes not reactive enough and we have to reach out to insurance, fix and resubmit claims when they should be the ones doing it in a timely manner.

> It has been a great upgrade from our previous EHR, even though we are still learning because we started when it was still platinum, we like the new design and hope to be able to make the most of it by learning all of the features it offers
