But they have since taken that away. > > **Cons**: They have eliminated all phone support, which is extremely disappointing. Their responsive and knowledgeable IT support was a major reason we continued using CaseWare despite the fact that they are more expensive than several of their competitors. We recently spent nearly half a day trying to resolve a relatively minor IT issue that would have taken approximately 10 minutes to resolve with their previous phone support. At this point, paying a premium for CaseWare software without the level of IT support that justified the additional cost is no longer worthwhile for us.
