Pricing is also a big plus

> **Cons**: Nothing in general but maybe due to our specific and complex business needs not all the options needed are available through the configuration module nevertheless MQ support team can overcome using hard coding, in addition some limitations in default reporting module but nothing that cannot be handled by customer reports requested by MQ support team.

> Simple system usage fulfilling most of our needs by default and extremely helpful support team that can handle anything we need
