> **Pros**: Ease of use and the ability to track both Simco calibrated items and items calibrated by other sources including internal. Also the support provided by \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\].

I like having the option to view where the status of the equipment sent out to calibration is and what status the the equipment is in and where it is. Also like being able to look up equipment by asset number, makes finding information easy and list all the calibrations for that piece of equipment.

> **Cons**: Was used to working with old version of Cerdaac, now getting switched over to new version just learning all the options available on the new version.
