> **Pros**: -Automatic renewal of PPM’s when they are next due based on their frequency.
-How you can filter jobs based on site, service line, status of work order etc-it’s perfection. 
- Define work order option to show all existing work orders either historic or current
- Reports section - export straight to excel is amazing
> 
> **Cons**: As soon as our engineers pause a work order on Ostara - it goes into pending authorisation out of our sight. This is where they write their findings/any needed remedials so this can be missed if the client don’t authorise work order in time.
We don’t have the option to write a private note/update/message on work orders :(

> I have genuinely never had a terrible experience with Ostara. It doesn’t run slow often or crash at all.

> **Pros**: I the think system is easy and simple to navigate. I like that we have the functionality to control and change a lot of our data. The support from the Ostara team is fantastic, always willing to help answer whatever question is thrown at them.

> **Cons**: I think the setting up of PPMs is not as slick as I would like, but I understand there is good reason for this, that there's lots of different ways that these can be set up so it makes sense that it's going to be a little complex when the options are plentiful.

> I've loved working with Ostara over the years. They are an absolute pleasure to work with and the support we have needed recently to use the system to it's full potential has been incredible. It's a great system with lots of reports and data available.
