Starter is free for teams of up to 3 users, with no time limit. It includes time tracking, project management and three core reports.

Pro is £12 per user per month. It adds the Engineer Planner, all 10 reports, budget tracking with RAG health scores, time off management, invoicing with Xero sync, CSV and PDF export, and AI report summaries.

Business is £18 per user per month. It adds priority support, custom billing rates, a full audit log, an SLA and dedicated onboarding.

Every new account starts with a 14-day trial of every feature, and no credit card is required. You only pay for internal team members: clients you invite to the client portal are not billed. You can cancel at any time from your account settings, and you keep access until the end of the billing period.
