The customer suppport used to be excellent, but it would seem that it has now been shipped overseas (replies come hours later in the middle of the night) and it is now very poor, especially when comparing to it once was. I'm sure they saved money, but the user experience took a major hit. > > We've been on the platform for about 6 years. The first 3-4 years were quite good overall, both in the functionality of the platform as well as the support/value.
