> NowMD software is well designed and contains functions that is highly user-friendly and well structured in the layout of its UI design.  The biggest plus is the competitive pricing for a great product.  The installation for a network configuration of 3 workstations only took 3.5 hrs and I only contacted the NowMD company for license activation information. The product contains a database system but requires no overhead of software/hardware tools. It is ease to install for networking.  

The only Con that I see of this program is the migration of the database data from a legacy system to NowMD.  There  is not any built-in database utility tools, so you have to rely on a third party service to perform this work.  Overall, this is a minor problem for a great product and I strongly recommend to evaluate and purchase NowMD for billing, scheduling, encounters  application in a medical office environment.
