The employee and customer-facing side both make it very easy to use. When we used it on our website it was very simple to paste the iframe and embed it so customers never have to leave our website in order to purchase from us. Waivers are important and this software prioritizes waivers. New customers can't make purchases until they have a waiver on file. The customer service is second to none. We email and call with questions all day and they always respond and either fix something for us or talk us through it so we learn. > > **Cons**: LilyPad allows for color changes on our website.
