- **Pricing Details**: ZEP360 uses quote-based pricing built around your business needs and team size. Your price has three parts: the package you choose, the number of users who need a login, and any optional add-ons. Every package includes one Super Admin. You pay extra for each Power User and Field User you add.

There are five packages. Sales Pro (1GB) suits sales teams that need a single pipeline. Business Pro (5GB) is for small MEP and EPC firms, and Business Plus (15GB) is for growing ones. Business Max (20GB) fits established teams running multiple business units. Business Complete (100GB) is for MEP and EPC enterprises that also sell annual maintenance. Packages draw on ten modules: Sales, Projects, Inventory, Support, Finance, Client Portal, Drive, HRMS, Service, and Marketing. If you only need a few of them, you can choose just those modules and ZEP360 will build a custom price.

Two optional add-ons are available, and you pay only for the users who need them. GPS Tracking shows where your field teams are and whether they arrived on time. External Sales lets dealers and channel partners add leads directly to your pipeline.

Every plan includes onboarding setup, training for your team on your own configuration, and ongoing support. There’s no free trial. Instead, you book a short demo call, the team walks you through the modules that matter to you, and then sends one proposal covering your package, users, and add-ons.
