> Attend is a really good platform to promote, control and manage events, doesn't matter size, location and most important you don't need any training to start using Attend.

My favorite feature is the guest check-in with printer stations, this allow your attendees to check in and spend some time using the platform, run very smooth in iOS, Mac and Windows, I'd been using it for 3 months and never called support for issues. 

Highly recommended\!\!

> **Pros**: I liked the ability to customize the look and feel of registration forms, add branding to all communications, send communications to attendees, manage check-in, and pull basic attendance reports.

> **Cons**: There were some bugs like not being to easily pull specific registration lists for certain types of communications. I had to find workaround solutions.
I did not like the customer service model where a different support member responds to each inquiry. You also see the IT version of the support thread, instead of it looking like a simple email. Felt very impersonal.

> It was a good solution for all simple events. We were not able to manage larger, more complex events through Attend. It did not have the attendee management features we needed. The forms and landing pages are a little rudimentary and could be more technologically advanced.
