> **Pros**: Autoflow’s DVI functionality is very streamlined. Its take next to no time get our new technicians acclimated with the system. Our customers love having a digital inspection that they can review at any time after their current work is completed as well.

> **Cons**: The current state of DVIs does not include the ability for the customer to approve or deny work needed on the vehicle without having to contact the salerep and approve/deny vocally over the phone. We wish there was the ability to do this without having to reconnect with the customer when theyre no longer on site. This would save a lot of time.

> We are currently dealing with some connectivity issues between our devices and Autoflow’s server regardless of our network/cell tower speeds, but other than this new issue, we have had a generally great experience.
