It has cost us lots of money as well as customers and tarnished our reputation and all you ever say/do is blame third parties. Never a real apology or any money refunded for the service not functioning as it should. Over the last 16 months multiple issues with not being able send SMS or emails. Always. 3rd party issue. The fail to take responsibility for them selecting these partners. The Cherry on top is that I am canceling my service and they are going to charge me for an additional month because of the required 30 day notice. I understand this is the contract and agreement but it seems now that this is the only thing in the last 16 months you have done a good job administering is the taking of my money.
