There is an automated email to confirm the donation was successfully charged. I also like having access to the transaction history to see my prior gifts. As an administrator of the program for my church, I like the automated emails and alerts. I also like the ability to email the enrolled users in one email. Having this program enables the church to collect payments for programs from participants who do not carry checks or cash and accomodates their preferred method of payment. > > **Cons**: As a donor, there is no where on the site to request help/support. There is neither a place to read instructions nor is there an instruction that the user must contact the organization you are donating to for assistance. As an administrator, the support is terrible. When we implemented the program 5+ years ago, we had a very responsive representative. Once that person left the company, there was no resource to obtain timely support. The company recently changed platforms and the migration was very frustrating for the administrator and users. We did not receive notification the change was occurring. Several donors' recurring gift schedules did not transfer to tge new platform which resulted in the organization losing regular gifts until the user could figure it out. The data does not download to CSV as nicely as the old platform. Some data such as a date can be a date and many more charachters which hampers sorting etc. My biggest dislike is that NCS does not support the user/donor. The model expects the organization to assist users when they trouble. Like many of NCS clients, we are a small church who rely on volunteers.
