I have used features like Document Understanding, AI Center and Maestro in different projects and they actually helped reduce a lot of manual dependency. Document Understanding was useful for invoice and PDF extraction work where normal bots were failing earlier. I also liked that bot creation has become faster now compared to older versions. The newer AI and coding features save time in workflow building and debugging. UiPath still has some learning curve for advanced things, but overall it feels more complete now for automation, AI and process handling in one platform. > > **Cons**: One thing I did not like much is that AI Center and Document Understanding setup can become confusing in the beginning, specially while training models or handling different document formats. Sometimes extraction accuracy also depends a lot on document quality, so manual checking is still needed in some cases. I also felt Orchestrator and licensing management could be simpler because managing users, bots and permissions takes time in bigger projects. > > Overall my experience with UiPath has been good because it helped reduce a lot of repetitive manual work in daily operations. I have used it for bot creation, document processing, web automation and ERP related tasks, and over the years the platform has improved a lot with AI features like Document Understanding and AI Center. There was some learning curve in the beginning for advanced workflows and orchestration, but once I got comfortable with it, managing automations became much easier.
