> **Pros**: Glad I tried it out to manage a fleet. I churned as a customer, but only because this was a part of our business that was shutting down. Otherwise we would have kept using it.

> **Cons**: Definitely helped manage the business but didn't get a ton of direct value. I wouldn't have seen us expanding unless they released some significant new features

If they don't have it, they'll build it, and there's no substitute for that level of service.

> **Pros**: A solution for converting from paper to digital.  The Driver Qualification section.
> 
> **Cons**: It centers more around OSHA incidents/accidents versus motor vehicle accidents.  The driver scoring is non-existent; does not even have a way to record driver moving violations.  The Onboarding/Hiring is inept.  You end up doing twice the work to hire a driver.
> 
> The Driver Scorecard does not work, the DOT inspections are not working properly.  Other than a solution for updating to digital from paper I  have not found any other advantages.  The software is cumbersome to use, loses information, major problems involving development are not addressed quickly enough.
