Invoicing is flexible and easily links to Quickbooks online. One feature we find especially useful is the ability to see all activity ("stream") for any item (contact, company, project, ticket, etc.) or for our entire firm. The stream includes everything that has happened such as emails, calls, timers, etc. > > **Cons**: The stream is slow to update with new entries, and conversations are often listed several times in the wrong order. Managing my inbox in Accelo, and also separately in Outlook is a lot of work. I'm not sure the answer for this problem, but perhaps filing the emails in Outlook into an "Imported into Accelo" folder would work? Using the global search for a company often results in a lot of results for tickets, projects, etc. first, rather than the company record, which is usually what I'm searching for. A knowledgebase where we can store information, especially for common support issues would be useful. > > I'm just a user, not the administrator who set up and manages our instance, so I only have experience as a user.
