Now I have to cancel all orders, refund everyone and figure out how I'm going to get these customers back.And of course, support takes way too long to respond, already a few hours in with no resolution to the second issue within two weeks of using the app. They told me to refund on Shopify, I do so and it says "request declined."I'm assuming what they didn't tell me was that I needed to cancel the subscription first so I did it in reverse and hope it works. Without custom development, using PayWhirl means embedding their front-end checkout interface for customers - and the customization capabilities in terms of design, formatting, and the general checkout progression is limited. Custom CSS can be added for formatting, but it becomes inconvenient to edit via custom code.
