You have to learn about SNMP, managing the templates for the devices you want to monitor, setting up the hosts one-by-one for monitoring or using the scanner option and then tweaking what it finds. It's a lot to do at first but the reward is now I typically know about an issue in the office before anyone else even notices it, much less sends me a ticket about it. If you are multi-office it may be more than you want to undertake. Yes you can setup Proxies and connect them, but if you manage lots of locations you may want to look at something cloud hosted at that point? I feel the strength is managing on-prem with this solution. > > It's great, definitely suggest it.
