Be ware, 60 days are needed for cancellation or they autocharge for the full amount with no refund. > > The initial setup and follow ups from \[sensitiive content hidden\] and any questions I had were answered with him. The integrations, and tech part of the software is mediocre. For that they have a good dashboard but that was it for our uses. > > **Cons**: Shady accounting practices. We canceled in writing 90 days prior to renewal and they confirmed. They said there was not an off-boarding call so they billed us $4500 for another year. We had to prove to our credit card company we canceled to get it refunded. Followup just kept trying to charge our account again so the credit card company put a stop to it. Also the software only works for following up on existing proposals. It does not work as most CRM's do and help you land new clients prior to bidding with them. > > The customer service is terrible and the software only works for following up on existing bid proposals. Most things don't work and they say they will talk to the \[sensitive content hidden\] about fixing the glitches in the software but won't offer refunds for the months the software couldn't be used.
