> **Pros**: Ticket  Window has all of the features we need to operate our business which has unique needs. So lots of ability to do a selection of things.

> **Cons**: Video integration is lacking on the site without embedding YouTube videos and using XML to bring events forward but it is working overall.

> Not a perfect system but does what we need it to. \[sensitive content hidden\]
 and team are always available to help and get things figured out when we need something.

> **Cons**: Unresolved problems with bounced ticket confirmation emails.  There are no manuals.  Setting up subscriptions is a nightmare.  Difficult to find various functions in the menu because there are no manuals
