> **Pros**: Booqable is very easy to use and I can see they put lot of attention to User experience. It's not just about the features, but the fact that those features are easy to use and work well within the expected workflow. We loved the documents (quotes, invoices and packing slip) as they fit in our internal workflows. Integrating or rather creating website from booqable has been a great help as we can maintain inventory in one place and the in-built designer and tools have worked well for us to get better rankings in Google

> **Cons**: I consider myself early user of booqable so can't complain but I noticed the pricing plans have changed now and for new accounts, it more expensive the get same features. I would also have liked a basic feature to import data without having to pay extra

> **Pros**: Inventory Management with Booqable has made a huge difference with our business. We have not double booked anything since implementing this system. The ease of use is very helpful and customer friendly.

> **Cons**: There are features that haven't been implemented yet so we've had to find work arounds to accommodate our business. Some examples are not being able to attach files to emails, and not being able to hold "credits" on the accounts.

> Being able to offer online ordering has ben so great and the customer service has always gone above and beyond to address and help fix any bugs or issues that come up. Overall we have been very pleased with not only the system, but the customer service and support has been wonderful\!

> **Pros**: When it works...  to often when experiencing an issue or need help with a how-to issue, support is nowhere to be found.

> **Cons**: NO SUPPORT\! I have an equipment rental business and have been down all day with a "You are already signed in " error. I'm not signed in anywhere else and there is no way to end all sessions if one got hung. Unacceptable\! I have customers who want to book, and now I'm having to do everything manually. I've tried writing customer support but have gotten 0 responses. They have no support number to call or anything... so I'm screwed. They're based in the Netherlands, so either they are too busy getting high or sleeping. If you run an international company, you MUST provide 24-hour support. &#10;&#10;I dislike writing negative reviews and can understand technical issues, but you must at least support the time zones in which you're trying to do business. &#10;&#10;Looking for alternatives... I'm done Booqable.

> **Pros**: Booqable staff are very communicative and usually respond almost right away\! Usually when we suggest some features, they actually look into it\! Their user interface is very self explanitory and easy to use/understand. The booking page / web builder is amazing, and offers plenty of room for customisation.

> **Cons**: What bothers us as a non-profit org. is that booqable recently has moved some subscription plan features around, and the cheapest subscription plan covers only one staff member. For us (film school) it is not very practical (we have 2 staff members responsible for the equipment), and also, the option to bundle inventory items into kits (bundles) is not available, witch can be a very inefficient way to handle film equipment. There have been some times booqable gliches out in the far past (few years ago), but not recently. &#10;&#10;Ofcourse there always are some little ergonomic things in the interface that could be improved, like the option to choose what the bookings calendar shows first, or a "x" button that clears the search bar in calendar bookings view (that would help to speed up the workflow), but those are nitpicks.

> I have implemented Booqable booking systems now in two schools i work in, and everybody praises how easy it is to make reservations\!&#10;&#10;Overall Booqable has helped our school to finally start keeping track of all the equipment that is being given out to students. > **Pros**: This system has saved me so much time and made my business run more smoothly. A small cost for big impact. My customers love the ability to book online 24/7. I love that Booqable automatically updates inventory and availability so I spend less time communicating back and forth to secure bookings.

> **Cons**: The trial allowed me to set up some features that are not avaliable under the basic plan. The custom fields are great to have for checkout details, but I have to upgrade to add more. Some of the email templates are difficult to edit; knowing some basic coding may be helpful with this issue. I plan to reach out to customer service for assistance.

> This has been a great upgrade to my party rental equipment business. Everything is managed in one place. I can send emails to customers using the templates, and some are automatically generated to save me time. Customers prefer to browse and book online anywhere, any time. The deliveries app helps me control where we deliver to and automatically calculates the distance fees. I also look forward to streamlining financial reports thanks to this system. It has been well worth the value.
