It handles complex accrual rules flawlessly, and its seamless integration with the tools. > > **Cons**: The initial setup can be pretty tedious and took me a solid four days of tweaking and changing before it was ready to roll out to the team. Moreover, while the mobile app is perfectly functional for quick clock-ins, it can occasionally feel a bit sluggish when loading the full team calendar. It would have been nice if the subscription price could include all the available sections in the Calamari Leave Management system at a lowered rate and then have the sections available for those who wanted them individually. > > The support staff at Calamari were extremely helpful in assisting with the set-up of our leave system. We did a trial period before we continued with Calamari and their support staff were always and ready to assist with any query. Now that we have subscribed to Calamari, their support staff are still as diligent and helpful as in the beginning, which has been really nice.
