It handles complex accrual rules flawlessly, and its seamless integration with the tools. > > **Cons**: The initial setup can be pretty tedious and took me a solid four days of tweaking and changing before it was ready to roll out to the team. Moreover, while the mobile app is perfectly functional for quick clock-ins, it can occasionally feel a bit sluggish when loading the full team calendar.
