excellent tool
Comments: It has facilitated the creation of projects for many years of my life, from school to my job. I currently use it and will continue to use it.
Pros:
I love it because it has easy access to create presentations where creativity and imagination are captured in the templates that are pre-designed, it has tools that are very useful at the time of creation and make the work easier. Although there are more and more new applications that compete, I prefer Microsoft PowerPoint for its functionality and ease.
Cons:
There is absolutely nothing that I dislike, this program was one of the first to learn to use and I have always liked all the functions it has

There arent more templates and its lacks there by a lot. not just that, the animations are outdated as well

Comments: Overall microsoft presenatation remains a powerfull tool for proffesionals and educators.while it offers a rich multimedia features it sometimes feels outdated compared to newer softwares.

1)user friendly interface farmiliar UI makes it easy to use even for beginners,it has tools that enhances usability for example templates. 2)many template library Has a viriety of template that help create a proffesionally looking slides. 3)versatile multimedia intergration it supports audios,videos and texts allowing users to create dynamic presentations. 4)cloud intergration cloud storage with one drive allows easy access from any device. 5)presenter tools and AI features features like presenter coach and slide show mode enhances delivery of presentations.

1)overwelming for new users while user friendly vast amount of features can be hard for new users 2)file size can get large High resolution images and videos can make files large making it hard to share file via email. 3)subscription cost not everyone may be able to afford the cost,hence making it not ideal for those looking for free alternative. 4)repetetive and predictable designs Unless user spends time customizing the templates ,most slides look the same . 5)limited interactivity compared to modern tools it lacks advanced features to enngage non-linear presentations.
A tool for professional presentations
Comments: Great, it has been my first choice source for presentations since high school.
Pros:
It makes easier my job as a Professor and Clinical Psychologist whenever I need to share critical (or any) information in a creative way.
Cons:
It requires time to make very creative slides, but if you learn it very well it gets easier with time.
