> **Pros**: The extensive capabilities that you can do with this product.  We have developed this product over the past five years and have gone from only sales budgeting to financial reporting and this year to more detailed financial budgeting alongside building our standard costs for the upcoming year.  The version control with budgeting and forecasting is a true winner.

> **Cons**: The interface on True Sky is excel so there are certain instances where True Sky is limited due to Excel limitations with the add in.  We have had certain users struggle with the application due to the add in.  We have overcome them but this can be frustrating for a user.

> The team at True Sky is stable and true professionals.  From customer account management to the technical staff, they have been prompt and fully knowledgeable with the product.  It is so wonderful to work with people who know their product and believe in it and want to help you succeed in business using this tool.

> **Pros**: My employer uses this program for financial statements, for creation of the budget and reporting of actual results against the budget.  As a not-for-profit which uses a Cost Centre structure with numerous Funds, I have to say that all of my needs have been met.

> **Cons**: While not everything is easy to comprehend, I have found that staff at True Sky have been able to either lead me through these matters and/or make the fixes behind the scenes in short order.  No 'down time' is important for businesses and, in fact, it hasn't ever complicated my work.

> When I arrived at ACT, I knew about the product, but didn't have any experience using it.  In the early stages, I had our consultant do some redesign on several reports and learned simple 'tips and tricks' to be able to do some of these myself.  After one budget cycle, all that was really left to do was 'fine tuning' and now things run VERY smoothly.  When they don't, support is only an e-mail away.

> **Pros**: I like how True Sky uses Excel as the front-end user interface.  Nearly everyone is familiar with Excel, so end-users have very little trouble learning how to use the system.  Also, the solution is very customized to our company's business and budgeting process.
> 
> **Cons**: There can be a fair number of clicks to get a template/report to generate depending on the number of filters.  The True Sky team showed us ways to reduce the clicks which helped.  Learning to design our own reports is a little hard at first, but True Sky is patient and always there to help if we run into difficulty.

> We are very happy with the True Sky product.  Support is great and the company is very willing to work within our requirements and meet our goals, all for a reasonable price.
