Constant complaints daily from employees So many glitches in the app on everything and the complaints were from tech savvy employees Not being able to see sight plans or any paperwork from app on site Once annual fee was paid we never got the support promised Could create the forms we needed such as SMWS but have switched to another program and have made all our own forms that can be edited and filled in onsite and everyone has access to at a 3rd of the price > > So disappointed. The only thing they could do without begging for support was send an email with the auto renewal that if I didn't respond to by a certain date would have to pay another $27500 for the year. When I emailed back DO NOT AUTO RENEW WE WILL NOT RESIGN I received an email stating That's not good we will get someone in touch with you to sort this out but never heard from anyone again.
