Or is a time set wrong? Maybe you misspelled something. They go over all the settings and make sure you're ready to rock and roll on event day\! I LOVE this feature, and they always find stuff, no matter how confident I am that I have it all set up. HAHA\! A lot of platforms will give you all the song and dance when trying to make the sale, and promise you the world before you sign up. However, after you sign up, you can't even get an email answered.
