They blamed it on me not being PCI compliant and promised a refund when I did become compliant. So, I jumped through the. hurdles and became compliant, and guess what? No refund. They have been asked numerous times to cancel my account bc my business closed at the end of July. Well... guess what? I just got charged over $300 for the month of August and no more business. They also continued to charge my members after being asked not to numerous times.
