Onboarding and learning how to use the system was much easier than I anticipated and the Wellness Living staff are exceptional. No matter how big or small the question or issue, they are right there to help with timely responses, patience and careful instruction. In the midst of onboarding, I had a significant family matter arise that needed my undivided attention. I brought this to customer solution's attention and they were beyond supportive granting me a pause in my onboarding and subscription while I tended to the situation.
