> **Pros**: I think its very comparable to Black Knight (LPS), meaning its easy to use once you have used it a few times. When uploading documents the correct names are there which makes it much easier in terms of placing documents in the correct folder.

> **Cons**: I think it takes too many steps to get to where you want and that can be a turn off especially when I have an irate client on  the phone. While the response is prompt with regards to resetting my password I find that if I do not use Clarifire for a short period of time (2 weeks) my pass word has to be reset

> **Pros**: I like that it is user friendly.  I like that Clarifire allows you to send messages directly to the person you need to send it too. I am fond of the fact that some of the forms that I need are very simple.

> **Cons**: Sometimes it can have compatibility issues. I also am not very fond of the fact that it allows for an automation to update other files. I don't like that I have issues uploading PDF's into Clarifire.

> **Pros**: The buttons to view things are large and obvious, making it easy to figure out how to view comments/notes/steps. I also like how the Notes section is set up, so you may see the name, date, and beginning of the note, to easily find what you're looking for.

> **Cons**: The website does not seem intuitive to me, and the search bar that is most prominent on the home page does not actually allow you to search for loans, which is the primary searching mechanism for our office.
