> Regardless of software,  NCIC will always be consistent from product to product.  So, when searching for  NCIC software, we looked for a product that was easy to use and a vendor that would provide great customer support.  eAgent and DCI have more than excelled in these areas.  I have never dealt with a vendor more committed to providing a product that meets the customers' needs and frequently solicits customers'  ideas on future updates to their products.  DCI has also proven to be completely reliable and efficient in resolving any technical issues we have faced, albeit those are rare.  eAgent is a great and stable software that allows each user to set individual preferences, and it has been beneficial in maintaining our agency's CJIS compliance.  I have yet to have a negative experience with eAgent or DCI and highly doubt I ever will.

> I use this product occasionally. It's a program you can use on a seldom basis and it remains the same. It saves all data that comes in when your terminal is down and all around ease of access due to consistency in the software.
