Thats number one in my book.&#10;I do a lot of online business, that compensates mostly in gift cards.&#10;Thanks to Tango, I never have to worry about, not being able to access my funds. You get a lot of headache and hassle trying to aquire gift cards from any other provider. If you lose your card, or it gets stolen, your unlikely to get a replacement card without a bunch of headache and hassle. Not with Tango. Tangles customer service gets right on top of taking care of your needs. Their team works together to make sure you are completely satisfied. I sure learned a lot of who I want managing my money.

> **Cons**: Customer support knowledge is spotty, and this is dangerous - esp. when an agent recommends a card that won't actually be redeemable by the customers in your survey. This problem escalates quickly because Tango's customer success team will take 2-3 days to respond to your panicked outreach, and there is no way to have a conversation about a remediation plan. You submit a ticket, someone responds in 2-3 days, and if their response is incomplete and you ask a clarifying or followup question, you will wait another 1-2 days for that response.

> I love what this company promises, but they don't deliver. The lack of immediacy for customer support issues - as well as the lack of knowledge on their customer support team - is a no for me.
