> **Pros**: I have worked with few other MDM tools and what I am really impressed is with the level of customization that a client can have with this tool. It is definitely easy to understand. DQ Module greatly helps me to understand the data quality. The new R2 is even better and sleek when it comes to configuration and the amount of information it shows us for each record and transaction.

> **Cons**: I can only talk about the legacy MDM solution since i have only worked with that to date. Few things I wish we had is the functionality that gives me history of a well, also the services being down at times. But I feel that Naveego has a solution for these in the new R2 version.

Not having much played with R2, my only concern is the ability for us to dive into Mongo db logs. But if you can make sure those logs are visible in the front end, I will be extremely happy.

> **Pros**: The software definitely helps with identifying data issues for master data and helps keep data in sync across multiple data sources.
The ease of use reduces the effort to manage data attributes so reporting is consistent across business groups of a company.

> **Cons**: With the product totally internet base sometimes the changes pushed can cause issues.  There have been times the processes / services stop working requiring a restart of the process.  It would be nice to have a mechanism in the process to detect an issue and restart itself.
> 
> Naveego is constantly improving their product, adding features and simplifying the overall process of managing corporate master data.

Compared to traditional tools, Naveego is by far the best value for money tool in the market available. The UX has improved significantly and support has been great.
