At first i was concerned about transferring everything over for all our families but the process surprised me with how easy it was all done. Our Educators are now enjoying documenting everything online because of how easy and fast it is to use\! Our families are loving being able to get information about all that is important to them and as an owner being able to access this all from home or while i am away on business makes things all the better. Storing and documenting everything online has helped reduce our manual paper work and archiving cost also. A your filled out the waitlist form and it sat in loading and never came to us > > All we get told is it’s a bug in the app our tech support team will fix it. They can’t provide a timeframe. It has been over two weeks on this current bug and no one has responded to our emails this week. We have only used xap for 6 weeks or so and the first bug was with sign in and out and families couldn’t sign in and out it said access denied and they had to fix that but they just keep saying update your iPad and reinstall the app they wouldn’t actually help until over a week later and then admitted it was a bug. I have used couple of different softwares before. Last time I migrated a software, it was painful task. Process at Kids Xap was quite smooth and we transferred everything across in a week time.
