> **Pros**: It was inexpensive and not terribly difficult to administer, and there was a vast selection of assessments available. I think I only interacted with someone from customer support once, but it was a positive experience with quick resolution.

> **Cons**: The platform itself looks like it was developed 20 years ago, and it is not something I felt proud putting in front of candidates for employment. While not terribly difficult to administer, it certainly wasn't intuitive to navigate, and lots of working around meant lots of time wasted. Unfortunately, other pre-employment assessment platforms are similarly disappointing, in my experience.
