Using it is easy and there lots of tutorials if needed. Helps a lot with organizing my delivery's no need to think about how to do the routes the site just takes over and makes it the most efficient route. The Web support is outstanding I have never had any other web support be so fast with helping resolve an issue and making it so user friendly to figure out on how to fix it.
